This is the simplest way to disconnect temporarily. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Disconnect Mac from iPhone personal hotspot<\/strong>: Unless you are relying on personal hotspot for using internet on your Mac, you can disable this connection. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Disable AirDrop and Wi-Fi<\/strong>: You will need to connect your iPhone to your Mac using a cable to disable the option of <strong>Show this iPhone when on Wi-Fi<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-method-1-disable-handoff-between-iphone-and-mac\">Method 1: Disable Handoff Between iPhone and Mac<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Handoff is a key instrument for seamless integration in the Apple ecosystem. Then, click on <strong>FaceTime<\/strong> from the top Menu Bar, and then select <strong>Settings<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 5<\/strong>: In the<strong> General <\/strong>tab, uncheck <strong>Calls From iPhone<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> If you also want to <strong>stop FaceTime calls<\/strong> Handoff, click <strong>Sign Out<\/strong> at the corner and select <strong>System Settings\/System Preferences<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2<\/strong>: Click your <strong>Apple ID (profile name and image)<\/strong> and then select And though you might have transferred the previous iCloud drive files offline, it&#8217;s wiser to change the download location for the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On your <strong>iPhone<\/strong>, launch
